Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date and will process the return for store credit. Please read the following return policy below for more information.
All items are inspected before shipping. If you received an item that is damaged, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.
All items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Please be mindful when trying on items. We will not accept returns that have been damaged in the try-on process. Please submit a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Items past 14 days will not be accepted.
Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts or taxes at the time of purchase. *Please note original shipping cost is not included in the refund amount.

Return Processing:
Please allow 3-5 days for processing once we receive the package. We will inspect the item(s) and send an email containing the E-Gift Card.
How to Initiate a Return:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please see below for the return address. To request a return, you can submit a request through your customer account or email us at hello@palmerjeanboutique.com. In your email please include your name, order number, and item(s) you would like to return.
